The CHOP Branch in Towanda hosts a drive-through Produce Distribution each week at 11:00 AM on Thursdays. We distribute various produce items. This is a first-come, first-serve event. The produce varies by week. The line will form behind the movie theater (on Apple Tree Lane) behind our CHOP warehouse.
Sixth grade students from St. Agnes School currently volunteer at CHOP to assemble backpacks containing food for children to take home for the weekend to ensure they have nutritious meals. Some students at the school are currently recipients of these backpacks each weekend. Free food is distributed to people in Bradford County each Tuesday.
