To access and register free of charge to you login to: www.formed.org
1. Click on “Formed for Parishes”.
2. Click on “Find Your Parish Subscription”.
3. Enter our zip code, “18848”, select the parish name, “SS Peter & Paul”, and click “Next”. Enter your name and email address, click “Sign Up”.
