FIFTEENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME - YEAR C
Readings
First: Deuteronomy 30:10-14 - Moses tells the people to obey the voice of God, keeping the commandments and laws that are in the Book, and he reassures them that this is possible for them, because God's word is very near.
Psalm:
68 - Seek the Lord, you who are poor, and your hearts will revive / This is my prayer / As for me in my poverty and pain / The poor when they see it will be glad / For God will bring help to Zion.

18 - The precepts of the Lord gladden the heart / The law of the Lord is perfect / The precepts of the Lord are right / The fear of the Lord is holy / They are more to be desired than god
Second: Colossians 1:15-20 - Christ is the image of God - in him, all were created ... the Church is his body, he is the head, first in every way ... he made peace by his death on the cross.
Gospel: Luke 10:25-37 - Love the Lord your God with all your heart soul and mind, and love your neighbour as yourself ... the parable of the Good Samaritan.
